Wfm Coffee - Sugar Land

Went to the smokehouse to get some soup and was told they had a problem with the warehouse are out! Went to the bar to order something only 2 of the 12 items on the menu are available! Passed by the butchers case to get a ribeye and they're out! What's happening to this place?

One brew, service meh. The service staff seemed bothered I wanted a cup of coffee.I've ordered coffee from several Whole Foods markets, this was the least pleasurable.

Bought the wrong item.. I was doing a multi house hold shopping trip ..I am not a personal shopper) . Noticed it within minutes of unloading. I was back at the store in less than 30 min with receipt and unopened product.... they refused a refund or exchange citing a new policy of once it leaves the store its a final sale.. .... I am like ok.... but as I am walking out I look for a sign saying that is the new policy . I see no signage up anywhere ... I go back and ask where is the signage stating that new policy you just told me about ... PANIC sets in as we all look and see No signs anywhere ... umm. Uhhh. Well we took the signs down as we expect the policy to go back to normal any time now... fine ... as the signs are down and as you say the policy is about to be rescinded and I just need to exchange for the right product food allergy concerns on the wrong product) ..... they call a manager and then say no ... no returns.. ... I again point out that their are no signs up stating no returns ANYWHERE... girl behind the counter apologies and shrugs. I know its not the girl behind the counters fault.. but really. The manager needs to get a clue.

Got the cinnamon and the cream cheese king cake by the slice $2 each) but thought it was dry. Friend said the healthier, low carb, gluten free, dairy free one was better... Also sold by the slice or whole. Love their berry chantilly cake though.

Called pizza kitchen at 9:00 and guy at the counter told me that they stop taking orders at 9 pm. Well I called at 9 but he advised he closed early, how is that my problem, wholefood closes at 10pm, he should have waited till over 9pm to close? Also at time they r rude when I go over their, can't put just one topping even I am agree to pay for one topping that why I stopped going. Amazon needs to replace pizza workers with robot.
