Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt - Sugar Land

I do not recommend this place; it's the worst Tutti Frutti store I've encountered. The most frustrating part was when I paid nearly $10 for a smoothie that was displayed at $5.75. When I spoke to the manager, he informed me that the displayed price was not the actual price.

I had to struggle with one of the machines it was not working properly. It was clean inside customer service was ok but she constantly asked did I want to add other items I never stated I wanted. I asked for a receipt but wasn’t given one. I’ll try another yogurt shop.

Not a suitable place for children! I recently sent my daughter in to grab a quick cup of yogurt, and she was unfortunately taken advantage of without even realizing it. To make matters worse, she wasn't given a receipt. When I went inside to check the charge on my card, I was shocked to find it was a staggering $20 for just one cup of yogurt. This is definitely a place to avoid.

This restaurant appears to have not been cleaned in weeks. Every table, as well as the floors and walls, were dirty. If the overall condition of the establishment is this poor, I can't imagine what the inside of the frozen yogurt machines looks like.

This place was a bit dirty, in my opinion. The staff was friendly, but instead of sitting down, they should probably clean a little bit. I personally won't be coming back unless Menchies is closed.
