Pizza Hut - Sugar Land

This is the grossest pizza place on planet earth. I found sticky white goo on the pizza threw it allllll away! Never ever ordering from pizza hut.

Just dont go to this place. This place is dishonest. They know what they did. They know what has been going on with his branch and they dont really do anything about it.

This location has a reoccurring problem of employees adding money to your total in the form of a tip (even for store pickup) or increasing the tip you add. If you are purchasing at this location, USE CASH. THEY ARE STEALING FROM YOU!

1020 Eldridge Rd. Sugar Land is the worst Pizza Hut ever Ordered on line, 6:46 pm, said 10-20 min. Still waiting along with 8 of my newest friends This is the last time I will ever order pizza from Pizza Hut Asked to see manager he said only 2 people working. This not how you run a business. Finally got my pizza at 7:31

Haven't had an issue with this place until tonight. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza that was delivered to me doughy and not cooked all the way. The delivery guy pulls my pizza out sideways instead of flat which causes the pizza to slide to the end of the box. He didn't even apologize or try to offer a solution. Unfortunately I added pre tip to my total when my credit card was charged. I called to complain hoping to get a refund and I was told in order to get a refund I have to come up to the store and bring pizza back. Now why would I do that when I paid for delivery to avoid going to the store in the first place. I mean set up a picture upload or something. They refused to give me a refund and finally agreed to a store credit. Unfortunately that did not satisfy me. Which leaves me to leave a bad review. Just Incase this happens to someone else you'll know the response you will be getting. Disappointed customer!!!
