Papa Johns Pizza - Sugar Land

My encounter with the manager on 1/6/2024 approximately 1:21pm was such a disgusting turn off. I placed an order online for delivery and the order was canceled within 20 minutes of the order being placed. After calling the store to inquire about the cancellation, the store manager immediately became aggressive and with a rude tone stated, yup, the order was canceled because you didn 't answer the phone when we called . I had a single missed call, which I then called back within minutes of receiving. The 'manager ' became so defensive within the first few seconds of the call, stating he personally called from his own cell phone multiple times as I attempted to speak and inquire about the cancellation. He then finished his rude encounter with hanging up on the phone. After calling back to inquire about his name, he refused and continued to ask why you need my name for and hung up once again. African american male, 20 's-30 's possibly. I will never order from this store again while he 's on shift, as I am afraid of retaliation. This is a terrible way to represent any business, especially from a 'manager ' of any sort.

Now hiring sign is for a completely different location

I went in on a busy Friday night and the second I walked in the door the girl working there said I'll be right with you. She was very nice even though I could tell she was busy. They're very efficient and obviously are good at what they do. I think she smiled the whole time I talked to her. It was a very pleasant experience and the pizza was also great and cooked perfectly.

Called in to store due to special requests for online order. Spoke with manager Dimarcus. Requested to substitute dipping sauce to go heavy on the jalapeños. BOY did they deliver!! (Pun intended). My food arrived super hot fresh and in a timely manner. Much appreciation to Dimarcus his crew!! Tonight 's Netflix Chill was perfect, thank you.

This is 3rd time they took too long to prepare my order, order notification showed will be ready by 6:39-6:49 but my order was ready at 7:15.asked them not to cut but they still cut it.
