Mcdonald's - Sugar Land

I gave it 4 stars because the food was GOOD AND HOT, but I don't know what the inside is like. It was so good for McDonald's.

In general I love McDonald's. But this location is bad. I ordered a large iced coffee and they gave a medium size. But the worst part is they are arguing what they gave is the large size. Not good.

We had very bad experience this evening. When my wife made a drive thru order, the staff at the window did not understand my wife correctly. When we drove to the window, their store manager was very rude and not patient at all. The manager even didn’t want to listen to my wife. My wife ordered million times before and this is her first time to get so bad attitude. Then I had to get out of our car and repeated our order, but they still made the order incorrect. They need to respect their customers and apologize for their bad attitude. Avoid this store!

2/25/24 12.00pm i waiting for my togo order about 25 minutes,i ask all employee at the front but no body care about me.and attitude was so bad.

The service at this location is the absolute worse. The lady had me pay for sauce even though I ordered two large meals. When I asked for a receipt she charged me for printing out the receipt. The manager was standing next to her and giving me attitude saying that they only give the sauces for chicken nuggets.
