Mcdonald's - Sugar Land

They close at 11pm but ignored the drive thru beginning at 10:30pm. Poor customer service badly representing this franchisee.

The espresso machine is always broken. No one at the counter.

Ordered on the app. When arrived food was not ready. And the person in charged “Ana” was so rude. Reason i go here is because it is the only one close to work. If i could give this place a zero star i would.

We had awesome customer service tonight with Zawadi and Aiden! They were super friendly and accommodating. This McDonald’s is always pretty solid but the night shift is fantastic, which can be pretty rare these days. We left with smiles on our faces : great teamwork!

I order my chicken biscuit and I order it10 min before and I’m waiting for 5 min and I had to go without my 1 chicken biscuit because I was late to school. I am sorry but it shouldn’t take 15 min to make a chicken
