Pretty dirty and grimy inside, which is disappointing for somewhere that you usually want to enjoy food in a clean environment. The service was like the workers did their job, but no one was friendly or went out of the way in the customer service department. They have a large GF sandwich back, although it is smaller than ideal.
I went last night and the girl with the very short haircut and piercings touched the plaster tab and made the sandwiches. The anger was next to the food and she knew the crumbs from anger closer to the sandwich and after touching the dirty cloth she would make the food. Didn't even change gloves. I threw away my sandwich and want my order to be refunded due to health concerns in this facility

Firehouse Subs is usually among the sandwich sites, but I just saw a steady decline. The most important thing I think is that the service has become extremely bad. Like the point of the staff that expires while you place your order and come back to ask you to start. The location is extremely dirty and unkempt on the inside. The seating that would normally not be a problem, but with the tables and floor dirty my going to spit would be the bar-style sitting on the windows and even that is generally unclean. Eating is quite consistently good and the beverage machine always works. This is a huge plus if you have a family as everyone can get what they want. Parking is narrow and undivided by the store, but there are many parking spaces only not all at the supermarket. Can't really recommend this place, my family still likes Firehouse, so we find one that's more interested.
Honestly, I am very disappointed. I have not been to this location in over a year, and something certainly changed....be it management, employees or ownership. The employees did not greet me and I waited around for someone to take my order. A younger man came out and took my order but acted like I was a nuisance, as I was redeeming my birthday sub. As a customer who worked in the service industry before, I find it disturbing that no one has mentioned this before and corrected the action. I understand that employees are hard to find right now but employees that don't care are worse than having no staff, at least then you would have a valid excuse for lack of service. I agree with previous comments in regard to sanitation. Dirty tables, dirty soda fountain and a general lack of caring how the store is presented. I will not be returning and that is sad to say because I used to look forward to coming to this location after work years ago.
