Ordered a Super Sonic Bacon Cheeseburger and a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The cheeseburger had two crumbles of bacon on it, both had brown lettuce and chicken and bun were burnt. My boyfriend just left to go exchange them for new sandwiches so I’ll I update when he gets back but I told him to ask the manager to open them and ask herself if she would eat that.*Update: Better this time and my boyfriend said the manager Tiffany was very nice and polite.

It was a promo night and there were two cars in front of me at the drive thru. It took 15 minutes to get my food. The cashier had to have been new. Plenty of employees working including a manager type. Slow

Sat in the stall for 15 minutes before I finally got my order, and they still screwed it up. It wasn 't even busy. Only one person went through the drive thru during that time. Just pathetic. Multiple bad experiences here. Never going there again. I did get a weak sorry for your wait from the car hop. Brutal.
