Wendy's - Suffolk

Since COVID-19, there is always a line wrapped around the building at this restaurant. They try to speed things up by having customers move up in line to the next person, and then someone brings out the food. Personally, I don't like this process because it feels rushed and disrupts the flow. I also have concerns about hygiene, as I wonder if they are washing their hands each time they touch the door, which is likely contaminated with pollen.

The individual working the drive-thru was extremely courteous and had a pleasant voice with clear speech. It is important to continue to have highly professional staff at this position, as it greatly enhances the overall experience.

Kid burger plain. Simple oder burger patty bun dland done. Hoemw do you mess up that order.Along with slow service and absolutely no real customer service. Don't go there

The staff at this restaurant were very friendly. The food was fresh and the location was great! I have dietary restrictions and was able to have the taco salad which was delicious. The chili was the perfect temperature and the baked potato was fluffy and not dried out. It paired perfectly with the taco salad. There was plenty of parking available on both sides of the building. The cashier was kid-friendly and played with my 2-year-old son while we waited for our food. The wheelchair ramp was large, wide, and without obstructions, making it accessible for those who needed it.

Dont bother going after 9pm the night shift staff is totally unprofessional. You can tell they're phoning it in and cant do the simplest of tasks such as putting requested condiments in your bag. Also refuses to make anything fresh. If they dont have it sitting under a heat lamp they will tell you that they're out of it. This is with a 10pm order and being the only car in the queue. Wont be returning.
