Ruby Tuesdays - Suffolk

This review is for Libby’s BBQ in Suffolk, a location that offers delivery through DoorDash. As a small business owner myself, I am disappointed by the lack of customer service we experienced from this restaurant. Unfortunately, we only received a portion of the food we ordered, which may have been taken by the delivery driver. When we reached out to the restaurant for assistance, we were told that they couldn't help us and to contact DoorDash instead. While the food we did receive was good, the poor customer service resulted in a two-star rating. I understand the challenges restaurants face when working with delivery services, but there should be a better way to address issues directly with the restaurant.

The service at this restaurant was fantastic! The waitress Rosa and the rest of the staff, including the manager, were incredibly attentive and pleasant. It was the best service we've had in a long time. The food was hot and delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I recently dined at Ruby Tuesdays and had a great server who was attentive but not overly intrusive. The food arrived promptly, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations for a chain restaurant. Even my 6 year old refused to eat the Mac and Cheese.

I took my Wife and Mother-n-Law there for Mother’s Day. We ordered coconut shrimp and mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. The mozzarella sticks came with no cheese on the inside! We brought this to the Waiter’s attention and he brought us another order out. They were the same! The entrees were ok, except for my for Son’s macaroni and cheese. The pasta was hard and worse, the cheese was only particularly spread throughout the pasta. I swear this place is either understaffed or mis-operated. They absolutely ruin my Day with my Wife and Mother-n-Law!

Sonya was an amazing and sweet waitress! Super attentive and took care of our family! I enjoyed visiting with her. The food was great and came out quickly. As always the salad bar was amazing!
