Firehouse Subs Downtown Suffolk

I ordered the beef brisket without cheese and it was very soggy. It didn't impress me like it used to.

The staff is friendly, orders are prepared quickly and beautifully presented.

The issue I experienced at this restaurant was that they didn't have any ice for the fountain soda machine. I believe they could have easily purchased some from the Walmart across the street. Additionally, they also refused to discount the bottled soda.

A monster for lunch at work. had never heard of it. husband said it was good. faster and good service.

General manager, Regina, is extremely customer centric! She makes sure that each visitor is treated with respect and goes out of her way to make things right. She made our first experience to the Suffolk location memorable and we will return back to support this franchise.
