Overseas Asian Bistro - Suffern

All I ordered for the exception was sweet and sour chicken with white rice, a somme and a chicken soup. The sweet and sour chicken was brought with roasted rice into my house, the noodles for the soup were stale, and the chicken soup tasted as if it was ketchup in it to taste miraculous soup like dirty water. I'll never order or eat here again. Right.

Let me start by saying if you want food that taste pretty good with the worst service ever this is the place for you. This is not my 1st visit here but tonight it was lousy service from the moment we sat down. We were a party of 3 and the table only had 2 setups. I finally had to ask for a third. We ordered soup which came out quickly and was hot, after that is was downhill really fast. We only order 3 dishes; Green Beans with pork that came out cold, was sent back and not much hotter, Beef Chow Fun which was hot and extremely delicious. It?s hard to find good Chow Fun, and a sushi roll which stayed up at the sushi bar for at least 5 minutes until we pointed out that it was there. I had to get up after that and go to the sushi bar to get a bowl for the soy sauce. I had to ask for serving spoons so we can serve our food and and had to ask for plates too. This establishment seemed woefully understaffed for a Saturday night and 2 of the staff working the dinning acted as if the were hired 5 minutes before we walked in. When the check came I attempted to pay with a credit card but after 5 minutes of waiting I put together enough cash so I could get out of there. Decent food, horrible service.

The food is fresh?! We had Thai, Japanese and Chinese cuisine all in a meal.

I ordered chickens on one floor and they gave my wife beef on one floor and tried to tell me that's what I ordered. The old management was better.

I ordered delivery several times from this facility and they did not disappoint in taste. I think they have changed their name in Jumbo Asian Restaurant and are just a bit down on the street from where they were. In this restaurant they offer mainly dishes from Chinese, Japanese, Thai and only one or two articles from the following cultures Vietnamese, Korean, Mongolian. I usually buy their Bentobox meals among others. I think there's the best bang for your ass. The sushi is not bad and tastes fresh. The Boba tea is also good every other time. The Thai court I tried was the pad Thai, and it was a bit subpar, but not hopeless. Your Spicy is definitely not where near actually spicy in my opinion. Strangely the dishes marked sharp that I ordered came out to be sweeter than usual. The delivery people were fast and polite with me every time. However, your receptionist (which always calls customers and answers the phone) has a problem of setting a few times. I would say she was the main reason why I didn't maintain the business with them. You have to catch her on a good day?
