Zarh Mountain Resort - Suermene

The location is nice though very hard to reach. This is the view I got from my room. Our visit was unplanned, we had to spend one night here because of problems with our original booking. So, the place can hardly be called a resort, more of a motel. The rooms are old fashioned, but the problem is not with that. Lack of hygiene is the biggest mistake. Bad smell and fungus along with hair in the bathroom is not really welcoming. The outdoor area around the hotel looks abandoned and not clean. What really helps the surrounding mountains and picturesque views. Food is normal, chicken looked fresh but not well cooked.

Very bad experience because the room was very smelly as a result of humidity, the mattress had some black mold, we can't even open the window because of the handle is broken ,no TV, no wifi, no telephone.the only positive point is the morning view was nice

I was amused with the green views around the hotel, nice landscapes, swimming pool, yummy Turkish coffee, but there is one point that I disliked, which is the road leading to the hotel.

The resort is not worth a star. The rooms are not clean at all. Bed sheets are horrible food not even above average don’t recommend disappointed

An amazing resort, the staff are very friendly,kind,and helpful which is the most important to have a good stay in a place! The rooms are clean and big with a wonderful view. I highly recommend to stay here at least 3 nights
