I have stopped at the McDonalds in Sudbury before and was seldom pleased with the service. This time it was atrocious. 46 minutes to get a coffee??? This has to be a record in the " how NOT to better serve your clients handbook "I am sure the Corporation is unaware otherwise they would have gotten rid of this manager a LONG time ago. Some staff appear to be under trained if trained at all.Shame on you McDonald's, you should be embarrassed.
Slowest service I've ever experienced. Not even an acknowledgement for the wait. Might as well go to Tim Hortons
Not only did this location refuse to honor discount coupons, but they also seemed to make up their own arbitrary rules. On a more positive note, I suppose they did me a favor by inspiring me to swear off McDonald's for good. As a result, I may live a little longer, as will my grandchildren. So, thank you for your disgusting, unclean restaurant, awful service, and disrespectful staff. Your incompetence may have actually saved my life.
The restaurant has dirty tables, floors, and bathrooms filled with overflowing garbage cans. Orders often take a long time to be served and are frequently incorrect. The drive-thru is not any faster than walking in. The fountain soda usually tastes awful.
I just ordered two teas and found the service a bit slow in preparing them. I received one right away but had to wait a while for the second one. However, the staff were very friendly.
