Borgo 2.0 - Subiaco

Siamo stati al Borgo 2.0 ieri fertagosto. Posto incantevole a Subiaco, proprio vicino al fiume Aniene. Locations incantevole, pulita e accogliente con personale simpatico e gentile. Il pranzo essendo ferragosto era fisso e comprendeva :antipasto misto all'italiana, cannelloni alla boscaiola fatta in casa, strozzapreti casarecci con un sughetto buonissimo, da tradizione romana pollo con peperoni e patate e insalata, tutto abbondante, dolcetti fatti in casa acqua vino caffè e amaro compreso, tutto x 40 €. Trovato a caso su internet. Grazie a tutto il personale.

Tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato era buonissimo, super consigliato il 'pane e sugo ', un taglierino con fette di pane e un pentolino pieno di sugo con carne veramente ottimo. Buono anche il pollo alla cacciatora e la pizza cotta nel forno a legna. Personale cordiale, gentilissimo il ragazzo in sala. Locale accogliente e tranquillo. Conto proporzionato 20€ a testa con acqua e pane a non finire.

Ottimi prodotti e gentilezza. Il tagliere stupendo con affettati locali buonissimi, sottoli vari, e i fritti ottimi. Simpatici i ragazzi del servizio.

All good, genuine cuisine, service a slow but we were politely anticipated that you would have expected and that to apologize they would have offered us dessert and so it was.

Very well maintained and spacious, it is inside that to the outside, friendly and welcoming staff (with two strollers arent very nice to move of table to give us a more comfortable amche if it was already equipped and ready the other) very well prepared explain with great availability all their dishes ranging from the most limestone of the pizzas to the typical courses of subiaco, excellent choice of first. the cut really delicious and with perfect cooking, to taste absolutely also chicken with peppers. We ate very well and felt at home. we will definitely return
