Jeno's Pizza - Suba

Jeno's has hard-to-find thick crust pizza which is of fairly descent quality and not too buttery. The ingredient selection is US-style. They have added a new online ordering service which the attendants at the Chico location weren't aware of yet, so I had to tell them about my online order and they should check in the kitchen.Overall I will have it again as it is a nice change from the very prevalent neapolitan style, which Jeno's also makes.

Terrible service 1 hour waiting for the pizza at Jeno's on Santa Barbara mall with my family and when we asked our pizza was not requested and they were not making it! Awful never go there!

Good quality pizza in Bogota. The pizza is delicious, with fresh toppings and crust. Recommended for any occasion. Restaurant is clean and comfortable.

Decent pizza if you like that, and reasonable prices. But the service is not very good. It took long time to order and to get the stuff, only to find out that they forgot parts of the order.

While every Jeno's location suffers from the common problem in Bogota of terrible customer service, at least here you can get decent pizza (and other items) a with a fair price....the Colombian Pizza is different for those of us from North America and is quite interesting....
