Since this roast goose in the Rösch is unbeatable, I've been there three times. Always super good. Goose is tender and crispy and not dry. Much better than in the goose cult pub Knausbirastüble !!!

Not far from the center of Stuttgart, in the middle of one of the hottest residential areas, in Stuttgart West, is the Roesch, a typical Swabian restaurant with local cusine. We had Rostbraten and lamb, with excellent side dishes. The chef uses only fresh ingredients...and even the gravy is hand made. And they have careful selected list of local wines from the Stuttgart region, for both smaller and richer budget, at right temperature, especially for reds. And excellent local sparkling wines, called Winzer Sekt. We'll be back there

We were the first time in the red and are very impressed. we have become attentive to the restaurant through the voucher book. despite the fact that a larger group was at lunch, we were very kindly received and pointed out that it could take a little longer, which was not the case. the waiters were very friendly and accommodating. besides the very good food there was still a greeting from the kitchen and a couple of cookies to the coffee. the salat was very fresh, the dressing homemade as well as the late zle. we were very satisfied in all points and can only recommend the restaurant.
