That loved eating, ambiance is a bit dingy, but overall a nice place for some delicious food. I liked it so much that I went back two days in order and ordered the same eating both days was my only little grip that the omelette was right and samosas were a failure. I will visit them again when a chance is given.
One of the best Indian restaurants in stuttgart. as a southern Indian I was very happy to see and taste good authentic South Indian foods such as vadai, gravur with cocosnus and tamarinden and the course kothu roti. the staff and the owner were very friendly and they served eating fast and hot. the ambiente with good Tamil instrumental melodies was very soothing and made the eating experience special. the prices were also appropriate.
I remember eating in this restaurant a few years ago when I visited stuttgart. I remembered eating so well, so decided to pay a visit when I was in stuttgart again, and by God they are good! this is one of the best Indian restaurants where you can eat. back in a few places where there are many Indian restaurants, the quality is below the level of 60-70%. so the ganesh restaurant surprised me on a good wise. they always make them tasty! they could probably become a habit for me when I go to stuttgart.
My wife and I have eaten dinner at Ganesha a couple of times now. The wait staff is VERY friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We are new to Germany, and we don’t speak German yet, but the wait staff speaks perfect English (and of course German), and were accommodating to everyone we saw walk through the door. The restaurant is nicely decorated with traditional Indian art and details that makes the experience even better. Not to mention: the food is delicious! They make a wide variety of dishes that can be prepared with very mild spice (my wife doesn’t do well with spicy foods) or up to traditional Indian food spice, which was very spicy and full of flavor. If you like Indian food, I could not recommend a better restaurant than Ganesha in Stuttgart!
