The thin crust pizza that was supposed to be crispy turned out to be soggy, likely because it had been sitting for a while. Unfortunately, it seemed like the pizza was discarded, as it was reordered in Box 12/14/21. However, the service was incredibly fast, and the pizza was hot and fresh with the order done correctly. I can definitely see an improvement. Thank you!

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by a young man named Sam, who kindly asked how he could assist me. Although I arrived a few minutes early, my order was already waiting in the hot box. When I requested to check my order to ensure everything was correct, Sam was more than willing to let me inspect both wing boxes before I completed my payment. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to my satisfaction. Kudos to him for his excellent customer service!
