Hot Tamales - Sturgeon Bay

Stopped here, while on an annual golf trip, without knowledge of the place at all. Basically, on Google cards and went. There were 3 of us and we were there for breakfast. We all have the haystack meal. One of the guys asked what the portion size for a big compared to regular, the waitress said when you think you get hungry the great otherwise not. We all have the big and it was a huge amount of food. It was almost like a challenge to end it, 2 of us haha. It was delicious and the prices were also great. Would definitely go back when in the area again and want to try other things from the menu. Recommend this place as a must stop when you are in the area.

On the other day for breakfast. Hubby had the full Mexican burrito and almost finished. I made half-hashbrown sandwich and I should have done the neighborhood. Food was great. Must stop. Great and funny lady who worked

Excellent restaurant, friendly staff and absolutely delicious food, definitely worth a visit. Personally recommend the shredded pork quesodilla and lime jarritos.

No ruffle place, BUT big portions, food is delicious and our waitress was great and a great sense of humor!! Would recommend

Had this breakfast burrito six years ago. Went outta the way this second time up to Door County to get this burrito and it was better than I remembered. The chorizo hash and eggs all mixed in perfectly. In house salsa (Datil pepper woooooo! are some of the hottest I’ve ever had. Hot tamales will always be a sure fire visit when I’m in town!
