The red-haired girl at the front was rude and unprofessional. I don't understand how this place has any customers, as my experience was terrible. The good employees are great, but the bad ones are unpleasant and miserable. I will never return to this restaurant. Poor customer service, small portions, and an unattractive atmosphere. Also, their health rating is concerning. I would not recommend eating here.
My family and I recently had a very disappointing food delivery experience. It took over 1.5 hours to receive our food, and when we opened the bag, an entire entree was missing. This has never happened to me before with a delivery order. We tried calling the number provided on the restaurant's website, but we were unable to reach anyone all night. I attempted to call from 7:45pm until they closed at 9pm, and even tried again the next morning with no success. I ended up giving my entree to our guest, who was missing theirs, and had to quickly find something else to eat for myself. This experience has left us extremely disappointed in the restaurant. It's unfortunate because we had enjoyed their food in the past. I'm not sure if we will dine here again, but I do know that we will not be ordering delivery from them ever again.
Orelia provided excellent service, checking on our table multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. She even kindly refilled my lemonade mint drink. I ordered the California Bowl, which was fresh, delicious, and sizable enough to share. Food: 5/5
I would have given 5 stars if the staff were more attentive and less aloof. We stood at the registers with two employees blankly staring at us for over 5 min without uttering a word of help to take our order. The employee who did eventually help us confessed that he would be quitting the next day due to another job offer...TMI please just take my order before you flush your Tender career. Don't love the service but I do love the clean flavorful food here, however the goop lab is giving them a run for the clean food torch and those other employees are more than helpful. Relying on Doordarshian customers does not mean you can ignore your walk in customers. Another funny fact...they do not accept cash payments but they do accept cash tips......um......what? Is it another employee trust issue or are they worried about the dirty tinder? The tip money is apparently disinfected nightly....some fancy food grocery stores are now using a scanner to read the palm of your hand as payment triple yikes!Our order arrived with an entire side dish missing and no capers on my favorite grilled tuna salad nicoise. When I went up to the counter to resolve the matter I was told to wait 5 more minutes to pay for something I had already ordered while my entree went cold.The chef eventually came out from the back to fire up my sides and tossed me up a cup of capers my way from a jar under the counter. Alas the fingerling potato side and extra garlic aoli never arrived and we left disappointed after my friend and I got the bums rush to leave now we are closing at the end of the night.....no apologies just lack of service. The food is still good but they have some training to do here. I miss the GT kombucha on tap as a side note....dear manager the email you provided to me was incorrect. Person in charge of hiring here should be fired. Mediocre staff. All children working here. All employees seem miserable and beaten down. The energy is depressing and toxic. Did the world run out of workers to have these emotionally broken souls here? Deserves negative stars
