We had a cake as a desert, but we got a complementary desert from the manager. Our guests were all satisfied. Thank you.
Wow. Absolutely the worst experience in a Russian restaurant. Management should be embarrassing. We were there for a birthday party a week ago and I don't even know where to start, but let's try: 1) Service was terrible. The servers did us a favor by even being there. You have to ask for a clean plate. You need to ask for a dessert plate when cake comes. They bring food to one side of the table and not to the other. They actually came to our side of the table, grabbed a bottle of vodka and pulled them to the other side. Are you kidding? One more bottle. 2) There was not enough food! I've never seen guests famine from a Russian restaurant. How is that even possible? Not only was there not enough food on the table, but they would bring a part for 5 people and leave it on one side of a table seat 20 people. The other side never saw half the food that came and the rest of us torn tiny portions. 3) The place smelled like coal. They began to light charcoal for Hookah's bar area, which smells the entire restaurant. Just disgusting if you want to eat. 4) $150 a head just to get quick food after leaving? I will not even comment on food quality, I honestly cannot, because it was not enough to try everything. But to calculate $150 a guest and not enough for everyone is crazy. For those who know Russian restaurants, you know that there are ALWAYS remains. You probably go home with 3 days from left appetizers and kabob. They gave us some cakes left. Unreal. That was a great experience for this restaurant. I celebrated my birthday here four years ago and it was amazing. Food was good, entertainment was great. Today it is absolutely terrible. I encourage everyone to find another Russian restaurant to host your big event. You'll be embarrassed to host such an event.
Fantastic food, amazing show, wonderul dancing, and honestly the best way to celebrate a special event. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
The new-style Russian banquet hall with upscale food, lavish yet tasteful decor, a continuous floor show inter-mingled with guests dancing and an entire party evening scheduled (8 pm -1 am). The tiers of food on each table when you enter the room with tables of 20 with towering floral arrangements already puts you in the mood. The friendly, responsible service is professional. Hot tip for free parking in the mall lot is skip the harried valet, use the driveway to the east, take your pick of places.
Best Russian restaurant in Los Angeles! Delicious food, great music, delightful show and professional staff. Recently we went there and had a really good time! I recommend you to visit this restaurant . I am sure you will love it too!
