Przekaż informację zwrotnąI always order online for lunch so it's ready when I arrive there, but the only problem is I'm limited to time for lunch and although the order is ready, there's always a line almost out of the door for lunch, so I can't just run in and pick up because there's only one person who leads the counter.
The location was clean, the food was very good as well as my beverage. The only thing that was not Stellar was customer service which is the reason why four stars instead of five.
We are regular customers, today was the (12:15 pm Sunday June 5).last time we would ever do business with this location again!! My husband ordered our normal smoothies. .The girl refused to make chocolate banana kiddie size add peanut butter.. Normally they add .99 cents for the peanut butter added to the small Chocolate banana. She said their not allowed to. I eat there daily on lunch
Not a great experience at all, I was the only customer in the building took 15 minutes to make a mango smoothie, three employees there and when I got my smoothie it taste like soap. It wasnt the orange color like how most of the mango smoothies look like it was a very very light yellow. Seems like the blender wasn?t fully rinsed off soap at all and made the smoothie taste like soap and not mango at all. I hate leaving reviews but I would hate for someone to expect a great smoothie and received soap smoothie like how I did.
Placed an online order, arrived to pickup my order at the scheduled time, informed by an employee they were working on it, waited a whole 20 minutes until I got my food. Asked the manager for a refund after not receiving anything in the time waited and watching multiple customers that ordered in the restaurant prior to myself having their name called receiving big orders before me he rudely told me ?It?s right here? as if I was supposed to know that or something. Extremely unprofessional.
