I even approached the bar area where four female servers were standing, but they also turned a blind eye to me. After 30 minutes of waiting without any service, we decided to leave. It is difficult for me not to wonder if the reason my family was overlooked was because we are an Asian family. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I understand the challenges of being a server, especially during busy times. However, the situation we encountered did not reflect a busy environment. If a server has the time to wipe tables and fold tablecloths, it should also take a moment to greet us or at least inform us that someone would be with us shortly. I can't help but feel that we were treated this way because of racism, particularly when I made an effort to seek service at the bar and was still ignored.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant, but be prepared to spend some time there—it was quite busy. The place was clean, and we were greeted quickly. I tried the chicken finger plate, which was decent, but I opted for the Texas Burger. It was cooked to my specifications, but unfortunately, it came with onions that I had requested to be left off. When I pointed this out to the server, she just stared at me without saying a word. I asked if they could simply remove the heap of onions and replace the cheese and BBQ sauce that would be lost in the process. Instead of addressing my request, she just blinked at me. I ended up asking for cutlery and handled it myself. I ended up with a burger that was nearly devoid of cheese and sauce, and I realized it was also not seasoned well. The point of this lengthy review is to emphasize the importance of having your server repeat your order back to you, so you can catch any mistakes and send it back if necessary, rather than trying to persist.
