Fish Riviera - Struga

Nice view but very slow unmotivated service except for one young man but unable to make up for the fatigue of his colleagues. Fish dishes very good, side dishes and meat bad.

Need more waitresses, only one or two for the whole place, when its crowded, one must wait a long time to be served. The owner needs to take care of that.

We left very unsatisfied. First of all, we had a reservation for a particular table and without any apology, we got a completely different one that was not meeting our needs. Next the staff was very rude, missing the basic skills and without any idea of how tourism works and what hospitality is. The food was not good. They were persuading us that the fish is fresh, but it seemed that it was frozen after all. The whole experience was so unpleasant. We had family from abroad, visiting Struga and Ohrid and we regretted taking them to this restaurant. It was 2nd of August, the Day of the Republic, Ilinden, a major national holiday of Macedonia and the music was not matching the atmosphere, since they were playing some American pop songs that have nothing to do with the holiday. Everything was just adding up, at the end the staff even tried to add something that we did not even order to the bill. That was totally unacceptable. The prices do not meet the quality for sure. The atmosphere and the interior are dull. The only thing worth there is the view. But I would suggest you rather go to Radozda and enjoy the view there. I won't be coming back ever again.

-Undercooked food. -Sides were served cold. -Dishonest description of the food (e.g. selling frozen fish as fresh). -Service was fast but way below average, e.g., waiters have no idea of the menu or the content of the dishes. -You can get way better service, quality of food, and pricing basically anywhere else in town or by the lake. Evade if you value your money and time.
