Starbucks - Strongsville

Store was understaffed and the staff that was there was having trouble handling the stress. Also, instead of requiring the cashier to tell people not to use the trash behind the counter, I suggest a velvet rope. I watched the poor guy tell 3 different people not to walk behind the counter lol

The worst Starbucks in the area. Every week I try to stop in and get a coffee using the app. Every time it’s 15 minutes standing and waiting while there are a bunch of other people waiting. And the staff just laughing and joking around while multiple walk out because they can’t wait anymore

Drive 20 mins to get Starbucks and it’s not ready in 20 mins, when it’s ready, they clearly ignored every thing I asked for in the drink (don’t know why they give you options, if they just wanna make wtv they want for you). Was the drive to Starbucks in the morning worth it? Hell no, I’d be better drinking swamp water cuz it would’ve tasted better

I ordered a Grande Strawberry Açaí Lemonade and it tasted like water!!! I’ve never had this type of inconsistency with this drink and I’ve ordered it at numerous other locations!

Worst slowest and most incompetent Starbucks on planet earth. They must be union.
