Starbucks - Strongsville

I was really surprised how long this was waiting for this one. I have experienced a lot of the busy, but this seemed to have a decent flow of guests who are going through. the waiting queue of people waiting for their commands was at a point above 25. Maybe they were short or extra busy, but I felt as if it took 15 to 20 minutes for our order. the service was friendly and helpful.

The hire of the staff was terrible. some employees were simply too busy to talk even if customers wait in the line. the customer asked for water and said to order back to the line. I don't want to.

I ordered a large crème hall and there were coffee in it, despite the ticket. paid $4 for a coffee I couldn't even drink

F*cking employees they dont refill my coffee and they always dour, I'm not going to tip them from now on idiots that's it

I just spent 10$ at your place and I asked for a glass of water and the male employee said I have to stand in line?
