Sheetz - Strongsville

It seems there was a misunderstanding at the restaurant. At around 3:15, the dining area was quite empty, with only a few dirty dishes left behind. The coffee machines were clean and ready for use, but the staff seemed preoccupied with other tasks. When I asked about getting my order, I was informed that they were waiting to clean the coffee machines first before attending to customers. I stood there for quite a while as the staff appeared to prioritize their checklist over customer service. It was disappointing to see this lack of attention to patrons, especially when a better labor culture could lead to improved experiences for everyone.

@sean garrow, when the yellow stripes are on the 'wrong' side of their car in another handicap spot, just back into your spot. I do it, and it helps avoid confusion. It gives a bad impression of those who can't figure it out.

I was impressed by how quickly my order was prepared, despite the restaurant being busy with a lot of orders. They also remembered to include the sauces!

I was just asked to move my car from a handicap Beijing spot at one of their stalls because they needed to unload their truck order. when I then tried to explain that this is a handicap spot and that I need it because I'm in a wheelchair, her coworker told me "that's privately owned" and that I can park at the other place. I can't park at the other place. it is not the right side with the yellow access lines that I need to leave not only safety, but with enough space for a wheelchair. this is not only rude and careless for the handicapped community, but illegal use of handicap spots and disregard for federal laws. I then spoke to the manager who told me that this is the case where the collaboration told them they had to park to unload. they have to inform themselves about federal laws of ada and make better for their customers and their communities.

I went in there to order a salad and everything and this one chick wouldn't let her boyfriend work. She kept telling her BF's coworker that he's dumb, he's my boyfriend and he's dumb. I mean she was joking around to be funny and everything but i wasnt laughing. I was soo close of saying u know what, can't u just let your BF work when he's on the clock and everything but I didn't wanna cause a scene. Their management is horrible. They should either fire the guy who had his girlfriend there in everyone's way and everything, or they shouldn't have his girlfriend there ever again. Man some management there
