I used to enjoy this restaurant, but now I wouldn't even eat there for free. On my most recent visit, I ordered two chicken breast meals with different spice levels and the same sides for both, along with baked beans. The chicken was dry and the breading was falling off, not cooked as requested. Both pieces had the same spice level, and they forgot my side dishes and extra ranch dressing. When I called to address the issue, the manager seemed unprofessional and offered to mail me coupons or have me pick up the missing sides without any apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I ended up picking up the food, which was disappointing - the macaroni and cheese was clumpy, the beans were too thick, and the chicken was cold and not the right flavor. Despite receiving the extra ranch dressing I requested, it was spilled all over the bag and had to be thrown away. I will not be returning anytime soon and recommend trying Dave's Hot Chicken in Westgate or Lakewood instead. While it may not be as good as it used to be, it is better than my recent experience at this restaurant.
