Clean, soil not slippery, lots of chicken ready, pages not over and really hospitable workers. Good was fresh, hot and delicious!
Very regrettable that this franchise dies. I worked as carver in 2003 and could never get sick. I'm here today to try out the new nuggets. apparently, they didn't distribute shares at their location. they had only some pages to buy, but all looked very inconspicuous, sitting under heat lamps, hardening the top. another customer in the register asked about their great online order that shows with a reception on their phone, but the manager and server said that its not in their computer so that they cannot fulfill it. that's not the boston market I knew years ago. I know it has been bought out several times and reformed over and over, but that is really unacceptable. could not even buy a meal under these conditions. even in the night before my visit to the North-Olimsted, and they had no meat at all. only 1 old pots, and maybe 3 pages (old, not fresh) to choose from. really sad to see how this place turned out. Hopefully, they will be revitalized and realize that customer service and quality are more important than marketing and sales.
In all of my 75 years I have NEVER had such poor quality food and service. First, there were only 3 sides available. I ordered one side of Mac/Cheese and after reminding the counter person not to forget about it I still go home and found it missing. I ordered a Chicken Carver sandwich that I now find is actually 2-slider-type sandwiches. The rolls were hard as a rock and not edible. I used to look forward to going to Boston Market but never again!
Order the chicken cobb salad and they didn't even put any chicken in it
