Auntie Anne's - Strongsville

I stopped at this restaurant to get my kids a couple of pretzels. My youngest has a milk allergy, and they went out of their way to make him a fresh one without butter. They even had the salt to sprinkle so they were not plain. The staff was very friendly.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and welcoming. Worker number 155 at the gift store and worker number 128 are especially helpful and hardworking.

My daughter and her friend ordered a pretzel and used a coupon for a buy one get one free deal. My daughter struggles with social anxiety, so simply ordering at the cash register was a big accomplishment for her. Unfortunately, the employee was unfriendly and only gave her one pretzel without returning her change or giving her the additional pretzel she was entitled to. Without speaking up, my daughter left without her change or extra pretzel. It's disappointing to see a business take advantage of teenagers in a mall setting.

A few of our pretzel nuggets were accidentally dropped on the floor by the staff and were not replaced. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that the cream cheese dip we requested was missing from our order, despite paying 99 cents for it.

I went to the restaurant to buy a snack for my daughter, but the young girl working there was on her phone and didn't acknowledge my presence, not even with a simple "I'll be right with you." As a result, I decided to go next door to Black Mint Frozen Yogurt and spent my money there instead.
