Przekaż informację zwrotnąI like starbucks but its sad that all orders come first before the people waiting made me late for my appointment twice i now do the mobile ordering but what happened to taking care of customers in front of you also one barista was slamming things around making a mess guess she was having a bad day but my drink was made sloppy and not even a thank you. Thats why tipping should come after you get your order I always tip but would be better if service was better. Sometimes wish i didnt tip but i am not a nasty person.
Fave star place it was the best, Best place I have ever been, I have never visited any place ever in my life that could even compare.
My husband, daughter and I went there last Sunday, (3-17-24) around 5:30pm. There were maybe a half dozen people there but no line so we went up to order and everything was fine until we used a $50 to pay, the barista went a little crazy and it was a lotta ridiculous. When my husband handed it to her she let out a sigh that could be heard in downtown Pittsburgh and asked if we had anything smaller and when he said he didn't she slammed it on the counter and huffed and puffed while she got changed out of the safe that was literally where she was standing at the register. At this point she made such a scene that I noticed the customers who were sitting there started to watch the show which got even more immature from there. She turned around from the register and was making our drinks directly behind it and took some silver thing and threw it down on the counter so it made a really loud noise and at this point I'm confused as to why this temper tantrum was even happening to begin with but it continued from there. We walked over to where you pick up your order and her and the other girl were talking loudly enough for me to hear them about how much they hate it when customers ask for special orders or things like extra whipped cream and that they charge for it but don't actually give it. I didn't do any of those things so I'm still totally confused as to why she slamming everything around and quite frankly seemed angry at us. I don't feel that I should have to justify using cash but we don't use our debit cards anywhere. Our account was compromised from using a debit card inside of an establishment by one of those skimmer things so we stopped using them. I refuse to use a credit card and pay interest on a cup of coffee. Lastly, when a cup of coffee costs $7 I don't feel that paying with a $50 is unreasonable. I got a receipt and I did have a BOGO offer so the total would've been $16.55 but with the BOGO it was $10.59 and the change was $39.41. I find it incredibly hard to believe that after being open for 12 hours it was very difficult to scrape together $39 in change. So to employee #5599 at drawer 1 register 1 at 5:38pm on 3/17/24 I'm sorry that counting $39 in change ruined your day to the point of a whole temper tantrum that made my 4 year old daughter ask why you were so mad and if you were mad at HER. She actually thought she did something wrong by ordering a cake pop! If counting change is that difficult for you maybe you should move on to a job that doesn't involve the exchange of currency for product. And I hope making our drinks subpar at best made you feel better about yourself too.
The remodel made me think I was in a different dimension.
I typically usually go to this Starbucks. It’s my Starbucks of choice. But I have to say I am VERY disappointed. This morning before school I did my usual order on the app and headed off. When I got Starbucks my drink looked spectacular. BUT what was not spectacular you ask? THE HAIR in my drink. Very disappointing.
