Driver refused to come to in to door. expected me to get my food and pay for it in the rain in night clothes at 1:30 in the morning

If I could give a zero I would especially after this order. I am now retracting my last review from 8 months ago because when an order is wrong and you call to speak to someone about it, you get the “F” bomb said to you and then get told you are to busy for this, to busy to fix what is wrong. Well that’s just great customer service, NOT!!! DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN! (First review 8 months ago) Food is excellent! Customer service is excellent! We will definitely be ordering from you all again, keep up the awesome job!

I never leave reviews but I do not want anyone wasting their money. This place was an ultimate disappointment in all aspects. The taste will not make up for the HORRIBLE service. Waited over 2 and a half hours and then the delivery guy (from their restaurant) wouldn 't bring it up to my hotel room and just left it on a table in the lobby..... after I asked him to bring it up several times on the phone. Apparently I could call and take it up with management . This is me taking it up with management.
