Baskin-robbins - Strip District

Employee or manager of this baskin robbins cursed at children when they came back in to use the restroom after getting free ice cream because it was one of their birthday's.

The baskin Robbins app has a welcome free scoop deal so today when we passed by we decided to get a scoop. They have the new Cookie Monster flavor and we loved it, it was sweet cream with cookie Oreos and chocolate chips, so many fillings and so cute.The staff was so so sweet, we would definitely come back again!

Ordered a brownie sundae via Uber Eats. The sundae comes with two scoops of ice cream. I ordered mine with pistachio almond, cherry jubilee ice cream, and hot fudge.Not only was there no cherry jubilee, they didn't bother to double scoop the pistachio ice cream so there was only one scoop in the sundae... making it a very pitiful sight to behold.As an added bonus, they replaced the hot fudge with chocolate syrup! And yes, there was a difference! My husband got a brownie sundae, too. It was noticeably much, much heavier and fuller in the bowl, and he actually got hot fudge. He got a full brownie sundae and he enjoyed it.I don't know if they didn't have cherry jubilee, but they could have added two scoops of the pistachio to make up for it. I am not sure how he got hot fudge and I didn't. Make it make sense?The worst part of this situation is that the delivery driver wasn't the one who made the mistake, it was staff at Baskin Robbins. If I had been in person, I imagine they would have tried to remedy the situation, but being delivered, the damage was done. I am not sure if they figure since the customer isn't physically there, they can get away with highway robbery or what.I am very disappointed in the poor decision making of your staff and/or business practices. Do better, folks!

Just ordered from them it was not what it was supposed to be one with just a glob of hot fudge, no cherries or nuts, the other one in a smaller container which was plain, absolutely no mint or fudge on it. Will never order from them again back to Dairy Queen where you get what you pay for!

Terrible experience I ordered a photo ice cream cake for my bday. The day it was supposed to be done I was told they needed an extra day to make the cake. I had to cancel my dinner reservations. On the day the cake was supposed to be ready for pick up I got another call stating that the cake machine was broke. The manager said they ordered a new machine and that they could make it again in 3 days or I can get a free cake already made with a refund. I went for the refund and free cake. When I got to the store nobody knew about the refund or cake. After everything was situated I got my refund put on my card and got my free cake. Even though it wasn’t what I wanted the cake was delicious! However when my refund finally hit my card it wasn’t the full amount! What a terrible experience for my birthday!! I called the store and they couldn’t offer me anything but suggested I make ANOTHER trip to the store for tge remaining balance !!
