Altius - Strip District

Our server was amazing. She was funny, personable, and engaging without being over intrusive. Great experience.

This is an ideal restaurant to visit if you are visiting or you are local. Phenomenal views, phenomenal food, and phenomenal service.

I haven't eaten here yet, but will update my review once I do in early July. The reason I feel compelled to leave a review already, even before stepping foot inside, is to highlight the level of service and attention I've already received, even as I merely secure a reservation. Specifically, Alana reminds me of the sort of care I would expect only from the best restaurant or hospitality experience. I needed to modify my reservation and instead of making me feel like I was imposing and unworthy of accommodation for this request, she made me feel like I was the only person who mattered. She honestly should train others. She was able to maintain professional limits (i.e., I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but I understand) while still satisfying the customer (she solved our issue). I dearly hope she is working when we arrive in early July so I can personally thank her. If her service is any indication of what our experience will be when we sit down for dinner, we're in for a unforgettable experience.

Dining at Altius was the best restaurant experience ever. The food was fabulous, the service was fabulous, the people were fabulous, and the view was fabulous. We sat in Lizzy's section and she was absolutely phenomenal.

Everything was good the food the wait staff. But don't you dare get sick before your reservation. Had a reservation for 6 of us so there was $150 deposit to hold table. Two of the 6 people became ill and could join. 4 of us still held the reservation and had all 4 courses plus drinks. The $150 wasn't applied to my bill. I love this place but it's getting greedy. I don't know when I'll go back next because the customer service just isn't the same.
