Although my food was not prepared properly after waiting inside the restaurant over 30 minutes this is not what this review is about. It's about me watching a customer being stolen from by a store employer or owner and I'm beating myself up not stepping up and defending the customer. He was an older black man with Grey dreadlocks. He was clearly disabled and in pain. He approached the counter and asked the employee what their hottest wings were clearly not understanding the menu. The guy who appears to be of Indian decent , hair tapered on the sides not shaved and longer in the top began explaining although there was a clear language barrier and no patience for the customer who explained he was a military vet and has been out of the country. The customer settled for mango habanaro and original hot. The employee asked how many he wanted. The customer hands him a $20 $5 and a $1 and said however many this will buy. The employee put all the money in the register no change was given. The customer sits down and then asks how many wings do I get and the employee says 8. The man says only 8... this is where I failed that man. I should've said something and I didn't. I'll never patronize them again and I'll tell everyone I know what I witnessed. He took complete advantage of this customer with not a bit of remorse. We keep this place in business then you steal from us. I'm sorry y'all I failed him big time!!!This was once my favorite wing stop. I pass 3 to get to this one but it's gone down and this is not first time witnessing this. Something is off about the garlic parm now and they clearly don't understand what it means to cook wings extra well!!!!

Unbelievable!!! Ordered food for delivery online and it was never delivered!!! Their solution, refund on monday!!!! Please do yourself a favor, and NEVER order delivery!!! Absolute joke of a corp!! Not sure who is worse, Door Dash or Wing Stop!!!Complete fail!!!!!

Just stopped in here with out-of-town freinds. The place was in need of serious cleaning at the pop machine area. The place wasn't super busy, so it seemed like simply no one cared. Made me wonder about the areas customers can't see. I ordered 10pc bone in wings with parmesion garlic. I got...8 pcs plain.I hate feeling like I need to open up my food and check it (if I go back) at any restaurant.
