Harold's Chicken Shack

If I place a call in and the cashier says 10 mins. It should be NO WAY, I’m waiting 30 mins for my order and have a person who walked in and place an order is bagged before a call in because their person who bags the items on their damn cell phone. Literally having the cashier do her job when she’s taking walk ins.

The best Harold’s in the area. I frequently order from this location simply because they are clean, professional and quick. The food is always fresh and consistently cooked to perfection. I only give my reviews to those who deserve it and this Harold’s is definitely worth the praise. God Bless the Pierce family and all the staff. ??

I don’t understand how hard it is to make the same food every day every hour. I asked for a small fry extra crispy. How hard is it to leave the fries in for longer than you normally do? Please, I seriously want to know. If you don’t want to work complete customers orders to their satisfaction, STOP TAKING THEIR MONEY!

2 orders placed today. We received reheated chicken wings from Friday. Horrible.

I went to Harold’s Chicken Shack in Matteson, IL on Lincoln Hwy and the customer service was amazing and I didn’t have to wait long for my order. I legit was in and out (in less than 10 minutes) and my food was still fresh. This review is for Ernest. Great job and to everyone there! I definitely rate this location 5 Stars.
