Jimmy John's - Streamwood

If I could leave negative stars, I would. an order online on 6:55 feet in 7 minutes later to say they have no French brot left and only had cut enough brot to make two of my three sandwiches. the place obviously does not believe that for the next hour they will have commanded others that they are open. the person offered me nothing to say, I'm sorry or I want to come back. that is the second time that I had some problems here a few weeks ago, my same order was wronged and when I called myself, I hardly got a bad one.

Very disappointed! I order from this location all the time, it’s very close to home and convenient but I will not be ordering from here any more. The staff is completely rude and unprofessional, they don’t care at all if your order was wrong or not. They don’t do anything to make it right. Very upsetting.

Ordered no onions and they gave me extra onions on my sandwich, I use to be a work at Jimmy Johns and I know how good service and quality food should be. It tasted like 2 day old meat and the bread was super stale. This Jimmy Johns is not it.

Went to this location and spent $30 on 3 sandwiches! Got home to find the bread is stale and hard as a rock! Literally, you can “knock” on it! My husband called and was told “ I’m sorry, there’s nothing we can do” First and LAST time there! Just horrible service. This day there are just too many other places we can go.

I ordered it through door dash and Jimmy Johns got both my sandwiches wrong. Ordered a Vito but they literally just put lettuce and tomato that was it. Also ordered a little John and there wasn’t any beef. And to top it all off they was a note that says no tip? Wow. Umm excuse me but I was ready with cash at door to hand the delivery guy the tip. What a joke.
