AQUA-therm - Straubing

This is basically a indoor swimming pool, with thermal baths, some of which are outside. The water is warm (about 35 degrees, I think) so even if we were there with outdoor temperatures not much above freezing, it was pleasant outside. There are also the usual jacuzzi type bubbles. The great advantage for me was that there was also a decent large pool so you can swim and then relax. There are different rooms to relax, with deck chairs, although it was a bit cold for it when we were there. If you live in a local hotel, you will receive a free admission for three hours with the discount card, and so it is worth while you like swimming pools and thermal baths.

Loved this place and went there every week. Large heated pools inside and outside. Perfect for all seasons and all weather. Clean, tidy, safe and funny. Take your own picnic but as with most dust spots the restaurant is overpriced with little choice of unhealthy snacks. Suitable for all ages 0 100! NB. Since the remodeling it has become very beautiful. The bathing masters are very friendly and also adapt to the little ones that cannot happen. The whole bathing area is extremely clean and they also take care of it.
