Incredible food. Thick juicy burgers and specials. Best food in Stratton Maine.

Exactly what you would expect a hiker town inn to be. I was skiing at sugarloaf and looking for a place to sleep since sugarloaf is too many hours from home. Old-fangled inn with wonky charm to everything. Please hold onto the hand rail. I had to ask for shampoo which I found amusing; they found some in what I imagine is the off season hiker box in the basement. We ate here, too. I half expected the gluten free options to look like side salad. take it or leave it and wow, they had gluten free pizza and beer! The side salad was great, too. And venison tips, rare steak, curly fries; my friends enjoyed craft beer and cheap cocktails. Great deal.

Great food and friendly folk. Don't pass on their fresh made french fries. Home style cookin and small pub atmosphere.

I had a great time at the White Wolf Inn. The room was surprisingly comfortable and had everything I possibly needed. It was an excellent value option for the budget minded and centrally located in downtown Stratton. The owner Sandi is an absolute doll and incredibly helpful. She is also an awesome cook! I strongly recommend the Wolf Burger. It was delicious.
