Mcdonald's - Stratton

Normally the service is good, but yesterday was a girl wearing a smock, not knowing what the name is called again) rude in her service.

Had to park for hash browns, but at least they were fresh

Absolutely appalling…Both meals had stone cold chips and our burgers had been thrown together.Food should not be served to customers they way ours was tonight .The staff member that made the burgers should be retrained.The burgers we’re overloaded with sauce and falling out of the wrapper. No thought or care was put into the orders whatsoever.*EXTREMELY UNHAPPY*Order placed at 11.29pm15/09/2022

Ordered through Menulog, waited 40mins for order only for it to time out past estimated delivery and never received our order. Tried calling store several times and each time the phone rang out.

It was a bad experience. I ordered 5 cheeseburgers and I only got one .then they said to go again. then I ordered 4 and they said they had only 1 job. it was very bad experience and I went to midland mc donald . I have my choice
