At April Point Resort - Strathcona

Our courts were fabulous! the salmon and the cod were fresh and beautifully presented with fresh vegetables. maddy our server was friendly and experienced. the sunset of this restaurant is the best on quadra island. yes I recommend it very much!

We booked an dinner. they are closed. they call them and they declare that they have the same phone number as their sister restaurant (painter’s lodge), but the personal did not think to ask when we called to see which restrative we wanted. an hour from above quadra to find that they are closed. Idiots. eat is decent, but (but overpriced) so I give them 2 stars. Won;t disturb again in the future

Marina goes through the harbour renovation 2019, but works thanks to the efforts of curtis their dockmaster smoothly. small, but clean washing system, good power supply with storage space. how many docks in bc water can be a problem depending on well supplied, and was not available when we were there. better managed than previous years and recommended.

Note: this is just for the restaurant the spa has a beautiful view but the treatment and staff were medium. Set overlooking the ocean with a view of Campbell river's shoreline, the restaurant is both delicious and picturesque. Our server was friendly and helpful and the food was epic. The blue cheese dressing was the perfect consistency with wonderful chunks of blue cheese. The seafood chowder was creamy with just the right balance of flavours. The beef burger was honestly one of the best I've had with a relish to relish The pumpkin spice cheesecake was a masterful combination of flavours with a raspberry sauce and fresh strawberries. You can admire the seals and wild life from afar (with binoculars available) or from your seat. Definitely worth the visit and just a quick 5 minute $5 ferry ride from Campbell river away.
