Chipotle Mexican Grill - Stratham

Never open for dinner. Why even bother having a Chipotle in town. So disappointing.

This restaurant has always been my favorite! Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.

After giving this location three tries, we will not be returning. Each time we've been there, the counter is always a mess with all the food cross contaminated. The location closed 4 hours early and we only were able to enter because they forgot to lock the side door. As we looked for another location to order food, multiple others attempted to enter only to find the location had locked all their doors. All three times they ran out of food and had no spares to bring out. This was still 5 hours before the closing time. There is no effort for this franchise location to make any changes. Until a new owner takes over or they update their opening and closing times to better facilitate the customers I would recommend choosing another location.

This is the third time in two weeks that I have come here during the advertised hours of operation, only to find a sign on the door saying it's closed early. I'm generally a reasonable person, and I really enjoy Chipotle's food. However, this location clearly needs corporate attention. It's simply unacceptable to operate like this. I could have chosen to eat at many other places but specifically planned to come here, and I've wasted my time and energy traveling here under the assumption that you would be open during your stated hours. It's not acceptable for a corporate business to operate in such a manner. I don't like writing reviews like this; I truly think your food is excellent. I hope you can address whatever issue is causing these early closures, as I would love to come back when you're open.
