The tables inside are very close to each other so it’s all a bit tight. It’s dog friendly so n ideal stop if you are in the area walking.
I absolutely love going to this courtyard cafe for a relaxing lunch or afternoon tea. The staff are friendly and the selection of coffees, cakes, and food is excellent. The cheese and ham toastie is the best I've ever had, with high-quality bread, melted cheese, and delicious ham. It comes with a side of lettuce, cucumber, peppers, tomato, crisps, and homemade coleslaw, all for only £7.95. Pair it with a slice of their fantastic cakes and a cup of quality coffee or hot chocolate for a perfect meal. This cafe is definitely worth visiting on a regular basis.
I visited this fantastic cafe for Sunday breakfast based on the recommendation of my family who recently moved to the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I must say, the bacon rolls were one of the best I've ever had. The drinks were also delicious, and the food arrived quickly and fresh. I highly recommend this place.
While on holiday near Salford Hall, we decided to try this restaurant based on a recommendation. It may be off the beaten path, but it is definitely worth a visit. The food was simple yet delicious, especially the thick and tasty slices of ham in my sandwich. I opted for the baked potato with coronation chicken and salad, which was served with a smile along with great coffee. The restaurant is located within a shopping courtyard where we also found a great deal at Beyond the Blue for quality clothing. There is plenty of parking available and the toilets are clean and well-maintained.
Went to the Cowshed Cafe after having been in the local church for nativity a play by the grandson. Went with wife and daughter. Hot chocolates all round with my daughter having the special, cos I was paying. Also ordered two sausage sandwiches because the Cafe use Lashford sausages, which are superb. The lady serving was lovely and took our orders. The chocolates came in no time and were delicious. Sausage sandwiches arrived and were good too. I had a egg with mine, a slight disappointment in that the yolk was not runny. In a sandwich the yolk has to be runny. It was a round shape, so I am thinking it hadn’t just been done. But other than that we had a good visit. So my tip is make sure yolk is runny and maybe bread slices bit thicker. But still okay indeed.
