Harvey's - Stratford

I 've had the buffalo poutine several times and I 'm not sure why tonight it tastes VERY vinegary, yes I 'm aware hot sauces usually have vinegar in them but it 's very over powering. It 's inedible. The bacon ranch one tastes fine though.Edit- Went back today, drove 20 minutes out of my way to go get a new one. I even brought the one back from yesterday with only 2 bites out of it. Was greeted with a sassy woman telling me This isn 't protocol, you 're supposed to call the store and we write your name down. How am I, the customer, supposed to know what YOUR protocol is. Just replace it, don 't tell me We 'll do it for you this time, even though it 's not protocol several times.

I can't say I'm a huge fan of the burgers here, but that's general to the chain. However the Stratford location deserves a round of applause. We had a huge drive thru order on Saturday. 8 meals, (we were alone in the drive thru).. They got our order all correct, and it was ready very fast. The 5 stars are for their excellent service. Any other time we've had a significantly large order, most fast food places forget at least one or two items. I was impressed.

For the times I've been here the food has been subpar especially the last and final time. Got a chicken burger. Food poisoning, lasted 3 days and was absolutely horrible. After I had my bout of it, found out someone else I know also got food poisoning from one of their chicken burgers! I would strongly recommend avoiding this establishment.

Reliable fast food. Not a fan of the Skor Handspun Shake but the burgers fries are good.

Great food, great staff.Quick and easy, food was prepped properly and never have to wait too long if extremely busy.Always a friendly smile.
