The White Hart - Stratford-upon-Avon

We received a warm welcome from the manager, Alan! Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We had booked another meal for the evening, and everything arrived at the same time, piping hot, without much delay—even with a group of ten! The food was delicious (I had the ratatouille with pasta, and I highly recommend it). Most of us had the fish, which was also fantastic! The White Hart is a lovely country pub, and we will definitely return someday.

For years, we have been visiting The White Hart. My late husband loved this pub and its atmosphere. I have always enjoyed the fantastic dishes that Jim and Andy prepare. There is always such a warm welcome, especially when Atin is behind the bar. This is the only place where I bring all my family and friends when they visit from overseas or the UK. Thank you to everyone at The White Hart for making us feel so welcome.

On a Sunday afternoon with my family, we had a great experience at the restaurant. The menu offered some delicious options; I ordered the fried beef, which was slightly rare but still enjoyable. For dessert, I had the summer berry Eton mess, which was delightful. The staff were very attentive and friendly, making our visit even more pleasant.

Recently (2021) taken over after a long time under successful and popular owner. Approached with a bit of trepidation but was very pleased. Nice and warm welcome, friendly staff, jolly customers! Greatly enjoyed the beer Butty Bach. I hope it's a regular I live very near.
