It was my first time at the Chippy! And what can I say: ITS FAR BETTER THAN ANY CHIPPY WITHIN Birmingham/Solihull area The owner seems very happy, genuine, and open for a good conversation. The professionalism and manners given by mostly teenage looking staff were unbelievably polite and excellent in service quality The Fish and Chips, despite my only gripe being a bit overpriced. Was utterly delicious and on par of taste you get at fish and chippy stores near our nations coastline. Delicious and good quality in food stock! Plus, this is the first takeaway store I had visited with not a single non white minority employee in sight. You don't get that anywhere in this country nowadays! Plus, I believe that unique contribution despite the owner (for legal cover reasons) disagreeing with me on this. Is the sole reason why this Chippy is the best in Birmingham/Solihull area. Very friendly staff took my order as soon as I walked in placed order on self for cook just like in a restaurant, said it would be about 4 minutes other people's orders being served, Cod and chips fish was beautiful with crispy batter with good portion of chunky chips. First class will definitely go again and fully recommend.
