Lovely atmosphere, great service and great food, a lovely experience . Good range of food choice and lovely gentleman who served us.

Fabulous food, welcoming service and setting. Newly refurbished it’s a modern and offered us a very warm welcome. We were table of 7 and all our needs met C without a problem. The staff were really friendly and the food gorgeous. The lemon curd eton mess was to die for. We will be back!

Went for a Sunday roast with a few friends. The food was fabulous…best roast dinner I have had in a while! Would definitely recommend and shall be coming back soon.

We booked two tables for 10 people in total. We should have realised we were in for a tough time straight away as nobody else was eating in the entire pub. What followed was the most frustrating 30 minutes I have ever spent in a pub. Trying to order the food was very difficult as the waitress was clearly not interested in writing anything down or even attempting to remember what we ordered. She had to clarify our order twice post order and still got it entirely wrong. There were only about half a dozen items on the menu so I can’t understand how they got is so spectacularly wrong. People had the wrong order, some of us got nothing at all and they also seemed to invent new dishes in the kitchen and tried to palm them off on us. Whoever it was that sliced the bread for the shop bought pate starter should retrain as they’re never going to make it in the kitchen either. Poor quality food, atrocious service and a manager that looked like she wanted to be anywhere but behind the bar serving people. I genuinely can’t see what anyone was getting out of running that pub. I was warned it was hit and miss before arriving but that review was wrong; it’s 100% miss

We found this welcoming pub on the internet as we wanted to meet up outside the hustle and bustle of Stratford. This really is a relaxing, genuine local pub serving the pretty village of Snitterfield. The service was friendly and the food was decent quality. Definitely a good place to meet and catch up with friends!
