Osaka Hibachi Buffet - Stratford

I checked online for the lunch prices for two adults and four kids, and I estimated it would be around $30. However, when it came time to pay the bill, the amount was significantly higher. I asked the lady at the register why it was so much, showing her the menu with the listed prices from the website. She explained that the manager had forgotten to update the prices online. I politely told her it wasn't my fault and that I shouldn't have to pay inflated prices. After some back and forth, she finally agreed to honor the online prices "just this once." I left feeling uneasy about the whole situation, and I won't be returning. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of customers.

This is the best Chinese buffet in the state! The food is always delicious and fresh, served in generous portions. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is excellent. It's also quite affordable. The sushi and hibachi options are outstanding! There are plenty of healthy choices available, including fresh fruit, a wide variety of seafood, fish, chicken, and vegetables. The entrees are top-notch! The ice cream selection is neatly served in containers, which is a nice touch. The only downside is that it tends to get quite busy! I suggest visiting during lunch on weekdays, as there’s a discount and it's less crowded then. Otherwise, I highly recommend Osaka!

I feel that the staff is very friendly and makes a genuine effort to accommodate customers. The food is excellent as well. This is a wonderful restaurant for families! Food rating: 5/5.

The buffet is clean and affordable, but the options for seafood are limited as there was only a single dish with shrimp. Desserts are basic, but the availability of individual cups of ice cream is appreciated for hygiene purposes. The food is delicious and the customer service is outstanding.

Tasty, clean, good choices buffet. We had salt and pepper shrimp, bbq pork ribs, mussel, clams, steamed flounder, chicken with broccoli, crab rangoon, salmon sushi, soup. All tasty. Came in around 4pm Sunday, waited 15 min for a table.
