Strada Castello - Strasburg

Hello, all 5 star reviews are in my opinion not comprehensible and appear to me as fake reviews. They are made without any comments and serve only for one purpose; bringing the quota back to life. Who once was in this restaurant will have been there the last time. quality; Kindness and cleanliness leave to wish. The Strada Castello will not last long in Strasburg in view of these negative points. Shame...but the fact

Have ordered me a salami pizza today and was very disappointed , 7 small half pieces salami on it, because 3 weeks ago I had a significantly better quality (tasteful and optimistic) on the plate. And from the cleanliness in the dining room and toilet I was very frightened in the toilet lay very many harre whether it was made clean

Three weeks ago. There are just too many tables close to each other. Largely grown or slightly corrupted people find no place anymore. First you were left in the forecourt. Then there were only 2 cards in place for 4 people. The staff behind the vault and at the table looked very careless. It's not a waiter to run around with a cap. After an eternity, drinks could be ordered. After over 1.5 hours, the food was there. The employees don't understand German. The pommes on the plate were numbered and counted. Much too little and too small portions for the money. The meat was partly acidic in taste. The supplemental salad was without any dressing and bitterness. Last but not a cash register. The prices had to be compiled from the map itself and written down and then paid. You can't do that. This place won't last long!

At the beginning of the restaurant visit, however, it is not pointed out that there can be restrictions on the selection. For the consumed foods and beverages, no account could be given with individual positions, as the cash register according to waiter was defective. Thus, in larger groups, it is difficult to understand whether the overall price presented is really true. complaints are not accepted by the waiter; it is referred to the boss who is not on site.

Tonight we were with 6 people at our new Italian. Anyone who wants to eat a pizza or pasta is well-resolved here, but I would advise from fillet or any kind of meat dishes. The fillet tonight was neither fresh (low chilled) nor well roasted. Even after the 2nd start it came in the middle cold and raw on the table. However, the full price was calculated. Culancy offers regarding Tiramisu or Schnaps were made, but they would not have been a comparable substitute (from the price) for the fillet. We were there for the first time and last time. Shame, but the quality of timeless eating is far from reaching this restaurant.
